Hi! My name is Caroline.
I’m an artist and yogi based in Decatur, Georgia whose work celebrates the quiet beauty of everyday life. Rooted in mindfulness and a deep connection to nature, my pieces reflect a contemplative spirit and are designed to elevate daily rituals.
My highest goal is to inspire mindful living and help others find stillness and gratitude for nature and the simple pleasures in life.
Yoga
Yoga has transformed my life over the years. Through a dedicated practice, I have found stillness, self-love, and balance. I am committed to helping others find their own path to healing through yoga, which is why I teach.
