Hi! I’m Caroline.
I’m an artist and yogi living in Decatur, GA.
For as long as I can remember, art and yoga have been at the center of my universe. Sharing both with the world brings me fulfillment and a sense of purpose.
My hope is to help others find stillness and gratitude for nature and the little blessings in everyday life like I have through making work inspired by the beauty that surrounds me in the moment and through teaching yoga.
Yoga
Yoga has transformed my life over the years. Through a dedicated practice, I have found stillness, self-love, and balance. I am committed to helping others find their own path to healing through yoga, which is why I teach.
