Hi! I’m Caroline.

I’m an artist, yogi and writer living outside of Athens, GA.

For as long as I can remember, art and yoga have been at the center of my universe. Sharing both with the world brings me fulfillment and a sense of purpose.

My hope is to help others find peace and gratitude for nature and the simple pleasures in life like I have through my work.

Yoga has transformed my life in ways I could not have imagined. Through a dedicated practice, I have found inner peace, self-love and balance, and I am committed to helping others find their own path to healing through yoga as well.

My approach to teaching is holistic and accessible to all, encompassing the mind, body, and spirit in every session.
